About the role

We sell to developers and technical leaders who can smell a canned demo from a mile away. The best sales motion in infrastructure is showing, not telling, and our GTM needs to be as technical as our product.

You'll sit at the intersection of engineering and revenue. You'll build demo environments, automate outbound workflows, create technical content that actually converts, and architect the systems that take a prospect from "interesting" to "integrated." If Clay invented the GTM Engineer role, we're taking it to healthcare.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain demo environments, sandbox integrations, and proof-of-concept systems
  • Create technical content (guides, walkthroughs, comparison pages) that drives pipeline
  • Automate and optimize the sales-to-onboarding pipeline
  • Build internal tools that make the sales team more effective
  • Analyze funnel data and run experiments to improve conversion at every stage

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in a technical role where you also had to think about revenue
  • You can write production-quality code and compelling technical writing
  • AI-native. You use AI to automate workflows, generate content, and move at 10x speed
  • You think in funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline, not just features
  • Scrappy and autonomous. You'll own this function

Nice to have

  • +Experience selling to developers or technical buyers
  • +Background in developer relations, technical marketing, or sales engineering
  • +Healthcare industry knowledge
